York, PA- February 21, 2023 – Investment Real Estate announces the hiring of Nancy Delach as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Nancy is charged with planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff of the human resources department for the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC). She will also work to ensure legal compliance and implementation of IREGC’s mission and talent strategy.

Nancy comes to IREGC with over 12 years of expert HR experience in recruiting & talent acquisition, training & development, benefit design & administration, and payroll operations. Nancy has led human resources for CallRevu, Priority 1 Automotive Group, and ezStorage.
